Arriving in the United States as a young child, Syed learned the value of dedication early on, gaining his first professional experience as a service station manager before eventually owning and operating his own business.

In the late 1990s, Syed transitioned into the real estate sector, obtaining his Texas real estate license. He quickly leveraged his keen eye for market potential to begin remodeling and flipping homes, a venture that laid the groundwork for his entry into ground-up development. By the early 2000s, Syed expanded his reach into large-scale residential projects, successfully developing single-family home subdivisions and townhome communities across Texas.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in the market, Syed brings a grassroots understanding of construction and a sharp investor’s perspective to every project. Today, he remains committed to delivering quality residential developments that enhance the communities he serves.
