Ernest Polk

I am a commercial real estate developer and investor that specializes in a balanced investment approach. Together with our investors, we acquire and develop residential and commercial real estate projects that cash flow very well or have an upside.

I am responsible for the sourcing of new projects, managing the due diligence process, overseeing asset redevelopment, and new construction.

Additionally, I lead the charge in securing capital for acquisitions, aiming to maximize investor payouts.  With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, I bring a plethora of experience and industry relationships to the operation.
