    You invest money in a new real estate project in the Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW) area. We have multiple projects to choose from (see below). 401k and IRA rollovers permitted.
  • 2 Secure Collateral

    Your loan is secured with a Deed of Trust, signifying your lien against our asset.
  • 3 Get Paid

    You’ll receive interest-only payments (10% – 14%) simple APR, schedule below). Principal is repaid when term is complete.
